Help pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!?

i keep getting these lumps just outside the opening of my , im worried. theyre like, normal lumps and whn i feel them they feel like theyv got water in or soemthing, like when you have a blister on the back of your foot and its full of that stuff .. iv had 4 at the same time once, at the moment iv got 1, they go and they come back. but this one has just been bleeding, the blood that came out of it was like a light, bright red. iv seen on the internet it could be a bartholins cyst, and theres not much for me to worry about,, iv been getting them for about 8 months. what could it be , im too embarrased to go to my doctor. x
