Ouch! Stomach pains...?

Two days ago, I started getting pains in my stomach. They were worse when I got up yesterday but not as bad today. Its not a stomach ache, more like painful twinges that only happen every now and again. I don't have any other symptoms. I'm not keen to visit the doctor, with this vomiting bug going round.
