keep up the weights workout and add more time to your cardio, at least 30 min., more if you can,a day 5-6 days a week, and keep eating healthy, you will see results, you don't won't to lose weight to fast, 2-3 lbs a week is all, and yes if you are using weights you are replacing fat with muscle, so don't go by just how much you weigh but how your clothes fit
