What is wrong with my dog?

My dog is a 4 year old golden retriever. We came to VT for thanksgiving so we cant go to the vet to find whats wrong with her. SHe has a dry nose that is runny and is very tired she is also breathing a little harder than usual. It started after the 6 hour drive up here. Does she have heat stroke? What is it and how do we help her?
