Important dinner!! What appetizer can I make to blow them away?!?

Ok so I have an important business dinner coming up next week, and I need to bring an appetizer. Anyone have any favorite recipes they'd like to share?! I am pretty good at cooking and I have the time to go and get any food item needed.. Thanks in advance!
