Is my diet good for losing weight?
Kick the pretzel sticks and replace is with a apple. And for the unsweetened tea make it green tea(Even thou it tastes gross, You'll get used to it ) Replace the english muffin with 1 slice of Whole wheat bread(Natures own). And for snack 2 kick the Pudding and whip cream and eat a apple (Pectin in apple and high fiber) Stay away from processed carbs, Otherwise its really great! Very smart your drinking skim milk and eating fruit/Vegis/lean meats that are unbreaded. You'll reach your goal in no time. :] Id say good luck but if you change it to this you won't need it! You'll drop it fast.
