Is this normal? (smoking/getting sick)?

Here's an idea: QUIT SMOKING. You've been smoking since 7? Very soon phlegm is going to be the least of your problems. I don't know if you have ever seen someone die of cancer, but all I can say is that I feel sorry for you.
