LG Cookie (KP500/1) vs. Samsung Tocco LITE?

I was wondering whether to get a samsung tocco lite or a lg cookie- both are on sale for around �80 and they seem VERY SIMILAR so I was wondering whether one has better something then the other or whether they are practically the same- also does anyone know whether the samsung tocco has a drawing thing or photo editing like the cookie does and do these phones have any major drawbacks or problems- THANKS
