Liberals: What do you think about the approx 37 states preparing to file lawsuits against?

There were 14 signed on to the original group civil suit, 5 have dropped out, 4 others have serious questions about its viability. The other individual suits only challenge limited provisions of the law, and many of those will be resolved or dropped before trial.
