My nephew is suffering from " Focal seizures" HELP!?

My nephew is suffering from " focal seizures" he is 5months old... He has being having this since he was born.Its very hard and sad to see when he has this " focal seizures" Does anyone know if the'res is something that can be done like a surgery or something...Or if you know relatives that have had this or are ping thru this...please feel free to share.....
