My unemployment claim form was mailed late?

I just received my check and new claim form in the mail today, on June 24. The NorCal Authorization Center mailed it on June 20... and, on the claim form, as instructed to me, it says, "Complete and mail this form on 6-21-2009". What can I do about this?
