Most seafood is o.k to eat during pregnancy but you must only eat COOKED seafood (nothing raw like prawns, oysters ect raw). Tuna is a great source of omega 3 but with all seafood you should limit your intake to 3 servings per week. It's hard as i have craved tuna sandwiches early on in this pregnancy and now i love seafood sticks and battered fish!!!. Good luck to you..
