What whtie nation should I move to?

So, lets say I want to raise children in a prosperous, geneous nation and am white. I speak English, German, Russian. I am looking for a nation that is at least 98% white european. So where the f*** do I go? How's Ukraine this time around? Is Hungarian similar to German? What do you think? (and don't give me any of that racial sensitivity idiocy)
