Concrete Foundation Cracks?

My house is 7-year old. I have several cracks in my concrete foundation (slab) and also a couple of small cracks on the wall intersections inside my house. The pictures are attached. Can anyone help take a look and tell me if it is normal or may have some foundation/structure problems?
