While filing a federal return jointly, does your spouse need to send a completed 1040 NR-EZ as well?

The 1040 NR-EZ form does not have spouse name or social security number mentioned. If the secondary applicant has to send another form, what should the wages line say, since we have added both the wages in the first form...
