Help! what is wrong with me?

I have issues with anxiety that cause me "brain fog"/inability to think clearly. I also hate it when it occurs. I have been told many times by various doctors that it is all related to panic attacks and anxiety. Do everything you can to get yourself to relax and the symptoms should fade, it works for me, though easier said than done. Exercise especially releases endorphins and improves your mood, just get out and enjoy yourself.
